Handcrafted just outside Avignon, this bar is made with care by our passionate partner chocolatier. As the heir to a family tradition, he creates bold, characterful recipes where every ingredient is handled with precision to bring out its full flavor. The 71% dark chocolate reveals deep, slightly bitter notes, perfectly balanced by the crunch of finely roasted cocoa nibs. A powerful recipe, already awarded at the 2018 Épicures de l’Épicerie Fine.

Our bar is made from 100% organic and natural ingredients, carefully selected. The cocoa beans, sourced from plantations in Latin America, are responsibly grown and offer rich, intense aromas. The bar is free from palm oil, free from preservatives, and made with pure cocoa butter.

With his unmistakable style, Jean Jullien creates a charming and humorous character—croissant-shaped moustache, steaming coffee in hand—set against a vibrant salmon pink background. A scene as delightful as the chocolate it wraps: the very essence of French art de vivre.
