Handcrafted just outside Avignon, this bar is made with care by our passionate partner chocolatier. He creates bold and characterful recipes, where each ingredient is carefully worked to reveal its full flavor. The 71% dark chocolate delivers deep, slightly bitter notes, perfectly balanced by the crunch of finely roasted cocoa nibs. A powerful recipe, already awarded at the 2018 Épicures de l’Épicerie Fine.

Our bar is made from 100% organic and natural ingredients, carefully selected. The cocoa beans, sourced from plantations in Latin America, are responsibly grown and offer rich, intense aromas. Our bar contains no palm oil, no preservatives, and is made with pure cocoa butter.
