ARTICLE 6: WITHDRAWAL OF PAYMENT AND / OR DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

6.1 GENERALITES

LES GOURMANDISES DES FRANÇAIS delivers its products in France and in all countries of the European Union and can be delivered on demand in any other countries.

Products are shipped with a delivery note to the delivery address specified when ordering . Delivery can not be made to hotels or PO boxes .

LES GOURMANDISES DES FRANÇAIS can not be held responsible for consequences resulting from delayed deliveries whose circumstances are out of control.

6.2 HOME DELIVERIES

At any time , you are informed of the status of your order using the tracking number and the link the carrier communicated to you upon shipment.

For delivery by DHL :

The order is deposited directly into the recipient's mailbox if the size allows . Otherwise , a notice of availability is deposited in the mailbox to indicate the recipient of the withdrawal address for the order.

In the case of the absence of mailbox or inaccessibility to it at the specified delivery address , the order shall be delivered to a pre-specified point of withdrawal and deemed carried. Delivery requires the recipient's presence who signs a receipt. In case of absence, a notice of availability is deposited in the recipient's mailbox. The package will not be presented a second time. 6.3 DEADLINES

The delivery times indicated on the website are target dates, corresponding to the average processing time and delivery. Delivery times take into account the preparation time in our workshops and the delivery period of the carrier.

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday or Tuesday depending on available stock.

Business Days of our workshops: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Working days for carriers: Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

During periods of high peak of activity of carriers (Christmas and New Year, Valentine's Day ...), the delivery time may be extended.

LES GOURMANDISES DES FRANÇAIS strives to meet the delivery time. However, LES GOURMANDISES DES FRANÇAIS can not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by a major party high traffic delivery (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day ...) or any force majeure.

6.4 CLAIM
