It all starts with cocoa beans: concerned about their traceability, we have chosen to work with beans from Ecuador, Peru and the Dominican Republic. These cocoa beans, with their powerful aromas, are reserved for the manufacture of great vintage chocolates! Like wine, their soil and climate are just as suitable for cocoa to develop amazing flavours! All of this is done in the respect of a reasoned agriculture.
