It is in the south-east of France, that we elaborate hand in hand with our artisan chocolate maker our delicious organic tablets! This specialist in crunchy chocolate draws his know-how from a superb family adventure.
It all starts with cocoa beans: concerned about their traceability, we have chosen to work with beans from Ecuador, Peru and the Dominican Republic. These cocoa beans, with their powerful aromas, are reserved for the manufacture of great vintage chocolates! Like wine, their soil and climate are just as suitable for cocoa to develop amazing flavours! All of this is done in the respect of a reasoned agriculture.
The same goes for the ingredients we use in this recipe. All natural and handpicked thanks to a very high quality sourcing, they participate in the elaboration of divinely delicious bars.
It is the choice of raw materials, recipes and the artisanal process that has allowed our great bars to be certified: "Pure Origin", "Pure Cocoa Butter", "AB Bio" and "Europe organic farming".
