To choose the ideal chocolate, start by thinking about the person’s tastes and age: do they prefer dark chocolate or milk? Can I personalize a Christmas chocolate gift box?
Of course! Thanks to our online personalization service, you can create a box of 16 or 30 squares with the message of your choice. A balanced mix of milk and dark chocolate — perfect to please everyone. And for Christmas, you can add festive illustrations to your message: Christmas trees, snowmen… Prefer a chocolate bar? Personalize it too by choosing the recipe, the illustration, and your own message!
Are your Christmas chocolates organic?
Several creations in our Christmas collection are certified organic: the box of 9 squares, the trio of mini-bars, and the chocolate bar.
When should I buy Christmas chocolates?
It’s best to plan ahead! For Advent Calendars, order in October to receive your preferred edition. As for gift boxes and bars, some sell out quickly: to make sure you get them in time and with the widest choice, we recommend placing your order before early December.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver anywhere in Europe. With Chronopost, your chocolates arrive in just 2 days in France. With Colissimo, allow 2 to 5 days in France. You can also send your gift directly to the recipient and include a personalized note. Our parcels are carefully packed and perfectly protected — your chocolates will arrive intact and ready to enjoy!
How should I store chocolate until the holidays?
To preserve the flavor and texture of your Christmas chocolates, keep them in a cool, dry place, away from direct light and heat sources. The ideal temperature is between 14-18°C: no need for the fridge — in fact, the cold can alter texture and taste. Avoid sudden temperature changes, which can cause a light white coating to appear (known as cocoa bloom). Keep your boxes tightly closed in their original packaging until it’s time to enjoy them, and your chocolates will stay crunchy and smooth all the way to Christmas Eve.
