Born and bred Londoner Rob Flowers is an illustrator with a distinctively bold style defined by crayon-bright palettes, playful forms and eccentric characters. His work draws on his fondness for mythology, combining whimsical imagery with symbolism and folkloric elements. Rob has illustrated four books, with a fifth out this autumn. His work has been described as “trippy…. as if you took a whole load of acid, ate too much candyfloss and went on the waltzers at your town’s local fair. It’s all a bit much, borderline grotesque, but you had a brilliant time.”
